Popular dates and peak seasons tend to book up quickly, so it’s advisable to make your arrangements well in advance. Ideally, we suggest booking decor hire services at least 6 to 12 months prior to your even along with your floral services. This allows us ample time to understand your vision, curate the perfect selection of decor items, and ensure their availability for your desired date. However, if you have a shorter timeframe, don’t worry! We will do our best to accommodate your needs and help create a memorable event.

Absolutely! When you choose our decor and floral packages, we take care of all the logistics. Our team will handle the delivery, setup, and collection of the decor items, ensuring a seamless experience for you. We understand the importance of attention to detail, so rest assured that everything will be professionally arranged according to your specifications. However, if you opt for dry hire, where you only rent the items from us, you will be responsible for collecting and returning the items to our designated location.

Yes, we do charge a refundable damage deposit for our decor hire services. This deposit acts as a security measure to ensure the safe return of all items. Once the decor items are returned to us in good condition, the damage deposit will be fully refunded.
