- Table mock-ups are charged separately based on the florist's quote. - Excludes any legal documents or papers. - Hired items or flowers are not included in the service fee. - Sourcing special beverages is not within our scope. - Booking accommodation for guests is not covered. - Dress fittings and styling bridal party attire are not part of our services. - If you need us for extra hours or tasks beyond the scope of this agreement, an additional charge of R500 per hour applies. - Setting up and dismantling a wedding requires a collaborative effort, so we rely on a dedicated team. Additional staff support will incur extra costs, which
depend on the wedding's scale and the complexity of the setup (details to be addressed during our meeting). - Travel costs are billed at R8.00 per km based on venue distance and time. - For venues one hour or more from Durbanville, we'll need overnight accommodation. - Remember to include us in your menu planning; we need to refuel to keep up with all the planning and coordinating on the day.

It is recommended to book on-the-day coordination services as early as possible, ideally 2-3 months before your event date, to ensure availability and to give yourself ample time for final planning before handing over.The on the day coordinator will take over from you one week before the big day, but it is always good for them to do a site visit with you in advance to get a clear understanding of what you want and expect.
