1. CONSULTATION & ESTIMATE QUOTE

Please take a moment to explore our diverse range of packages and select the one that aligns perfectly with your needs and desires. To begin the journey, we offer a comprehensive consultation process that can be conducted either at our studio in Bellville or via Zoom for your convenience. Prior to the consultation, we will provide you with a questionnaire to gather essential details about your preferences and vision for your big day. We value getting to know our clients on a deeper level and ensuring that we can incorporate their unique personalities and aspirations into our designs. Feel free to inundate us with all of your cool ideas by sharing reference pictures. We welcome the opportunity to be inspired by your vision. During the consultation, which typically lasts between 1 hour and 1.5 hours, we will delve into your ideas, likes, dislikes, and overall vision for your special day. If you choose to meet at our studio, we can also experiment with décor elements to kickstart the creation of your desired look and theme. By the end of the consultation, we will have a solid understanding of your preferences in terms of flowers, décor, and the overall ambiance, allowing us to provide you with an estimate quote that reflects your unique vision and requirements. We are excited to embark on this journey with you and turn your dreams into reality

2. SECURING YOUR DATE

Once you have received and are satisfied with the estimate quote, and you're ready to secure your package and date, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable booking deposit and a signed agreement form. Please keep in mind that our bookings are based on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we can only secure your date upon receiving the payment. Once the booking is confirmed, depending on the package you've chosen, we will start working on the mood boards and concept design. These will be shared with you for approval before generating a more detailed and accurate quote. The quote will be provided in a line item format, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding the items included and their respective costs. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction, so please feel free to make changes to the quote via email or WhatsApp correspondence after you've booked and paid the deposit. However, please note that any final changes should be made no later than one month prior to your wedding or function date.

3. CONFIRMING FINAL DETAILS AND MAKE FINAL PAYMENT

The final payment, due one month before the wedding date, is required to complete the booking process. Please note that we do not accept cash or cash deposits as a form of payment for the final amount. We're committed to delivering a memorable and exceptional experience, and we look forward to bringing your vision to life.

4. AFTER YOUR WEDDING

After the wedding, we would love to stay connected with you and continue following your journey. Please share your Instagram handles with us so that we can keep up with your beautiful moments. We also kindly request that you complete our feedback form, as your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services. The form also helps us gather important information about the suppliers involved in your wedding, ensuring proper credit is given when sharing your photos. We can't wait to see your stunning pictures, so please don't hesitate to share them with us once you have received them.
